Privacy Policy
At Mobilium MDM, we prioritize the privacy and security of your data.
Last updated: June 2026
At Mobilium MDM, we prioritize the privacy and security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how Mobilium L.L.C-FZ (“Mobilium”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit mobilium.io, contact us, or use the Mobilium MDM platform and related services (the “Services”).
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not access the website or use the Services.
1. Who we are
Mobilium L.L.C-FZ is the data controller for personal information processed about website visitors, prospects, and account administrators.
- Company: Mobilium L.L.C-FZ (License No. 2647200.01)
- Address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E
- Privacy contact: privacy@mobilium.io
2. Our two roles: controller and processor
Because Mobilium MDM is a device-management platform, it helps to distinguish two kinds of data:
- Data we control. Information about you as a website visitor, enquirer, or account administrator — for example your name, work email, and account details. For this data, Mobilium is the controller and this Privacy Policy governs how we handle it.
- Data you control (managed-device data). Information our platform processes about the devices and end users you manage — for example device identifiers, location, and app inventory. For this data, you (our customer) are the controller and Mobilium acts as a processor that handles it on your behalf and under your instructions, as set out in our Terms of Service and any Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and for providing required notices to, and obtaining any required consent from, your device users.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide (controller data)
- Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
- Company name and business information
- Account credentials and authentication data
- Billing and payment information (processed by our payment providers)
- The content of enquiries you send us (e.g. via the contact form, delivered to info@mobilium.io)
Managed-device data (processor data)
When you use the platform to manage devices, it processes data such as:
- Device identifiers (IMEI, serial numbers, MAC addresses)
- Device location data (GPS coordinates, where you enable tracking)
- Device hardware and software specifications
- Installed applications and application/usage information
- Network and connectivity status
- Security-policy and compliance status
We process this data on your behalf to deliver the management features you configure. We do not use managed-device data for our own purposes.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website or sign in, we may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed, primarily through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).
4. How we use information
We use controller data to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and website
- Create and administer accounts and process transactions
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
- Send administrative messages, service updates, and security alerts
- Analyse usage to improve performance and user experience
- Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- With your consent where required, send product and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)
Legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply)
We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services); our legitimate interests (to secure, support, and improve the Services); your consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations. We process managed-device data under your instructions as your processor.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers / sub-processors who act on our behalf — for example hosting/infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and customer support — under contracts that require appropriate confidentiality and security.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, court order, or regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mobilium, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. International data transfers
Mobilium operates from the U.A.E and may use service providers in other countries, so your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as recognised standard contractual clauses) so that transferred information receives an adequate level of protection. On-premise / air-gapped deployments can keep managed-device data within your own infrastructure.
7. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls and multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and regular security testing. For details, see our Security & Compliance page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain controller data for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we securely delete or anonymise it. Managed-device data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and then for a limited period for backup and recovery before deletion.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and to remember your preferences (for example your light/dark theme and your cookie choice).
For analytics we use Google Analytics 4 and StatCounterto understand how the site is used (pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location). These set cookies and process limited device/usage data. They are off by default and load only after you accept via our cookie banner — you can decline, and you can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect site functionality. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information
- Port a copy of your data in a structured format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@mobilium.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (typically within 30 days). If your request concerns data your organisation manages through the platform, we may direct you to the relevant customer (controller).
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-party links
The website or platform may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by additional means. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
